Since selling my house a year and a half ago with the stellar Zoriana of Aragona & Associates, I have referred many friends to them. When you sell your home there are so many issues to be dealt with and the folks at Aragona & Associates confidently took me through the process. They are professionals! -Jane S.

Biography

Zoriana was Aragona & Associate’s first employee who joined the team in January of 2014 while finishing college at Temple University. Zoriana gained her deep understanding of the real estate industry while working across several roles, helping the company grow in size and offerings. As a Philadelphia native and world traveler, Zoriana brings valuable perspective and insight that her clients appreciate. Being fluent in Ukrainian and proficient in German allows Zoriana to easily connect with Philly’s Ukrainian population, the largest in America, along with international investors who see the prime opportunities present in Philadelphia.

Open communication and a professional work ethic are two qualities that Zoriana excels in as a Realtor. Whether you’re down the street or across the world, you will feel that you’re working with a professional who understands your goals and addresses your needs throughout the buying or selling process. Beyond helping clients meet their goals with real estate, Zoriana is an advocate for international education. The American Field Service Intercultural Program once gave Zoriana the opportunity to explore the world beyond Philadelphia and America. Now, she volunteers for the organization to return the favor.

Favorite Neighborhood?

Fairmount

Why?

I grew up in Fairmount and I’m still captivated by the beautiful scenery. It’s really amazing that you have the Schuylkill River, Fairmount Park, and all of nature within this great neighborhood.

What Inspired you to get into real estate?

It was a great accidental opportunity to stumble into real estate when I first started working with Matt. I received my college degree in Anthropology so I think it’s safe to say that I didn’t imagine myself in real estate, but I couldn’t have made a better decision. Once I was in the industry I could see the opportunities in front of me and I learned how to leverage my skills to make a career out of what was once a job.

What's been the proudest moment of your career?

That would definitely be when I had the opportunity to help a longtime personal friend buy a first home. Knowing that they were able to trust me to help them with the biggest financial decision of their life was really rewarding.

What do you like to do in Philadelphia when you're not working in real estate?

The Philadelphia Art Museum is a great place; I check out the revolving collections of famous artwork from around the world. I really enjoy taking the time there to explore and relax.
